I strongly appreciate when I see other people, regardless of gender, putting forth the effort to look attractive. Whatever their sense of style or concept of attractive may be, it’s the effort that I appreciate. Still, I wonder how can I be so concerned with how I look and not look down on older bodies? As I age, I don’t want my standard of attractiveness to be the degree to which I can hide my age. I don’t want to be ashamed to be and look older, but I still want to take pride in how I look. At the same time, I want to grow old with my girlfriend, and I hope to look at her aged body many decades from now and still find it attractive.
